These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Contment Legal Operations Consulting (“Contment,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at www.contment.ca (the “Site”), as well as any related services, content, and functionality offered through the Site.

Contment provides legal operations consulting services, including but not limited to:

The Site serves as an informational resource about our services and a means for prospective clients to contact us and request consultations. Detailed terms governing the delivery of specific consulting engagements will be set out in separate written agreements between Contment and the client.
3. No Legal Advice
Contment is a legal operations consulting firm. Nothing on the Site or in our communications constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client or solicitor-client relationship is created by your use of the Site, your submission of a contact form, or your participation in a consultation or Free Legal Ops Audit.
The content on the Site, including our Insights and blog articles, is provided for general informational purposes only. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any content on the Site without seeking appropriate professional legal counsel.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Contment name, logo, and all related product and service names, marks, and slogans are trademarks of Contment. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

When you submit information through the Site's contact form, Free Legal Ops Audit request, or other communication channels, you grant Contment the right to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing our services, and communicating with you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that any information you submit is accurate, complete, and does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
7. Free Legal Ops Audit
Contment offers a complimentary 30-minute Legal Ops Audit as described on the Site. This audit is provided on an informational basis and does not create a client-consultant relationship or any obligation on the part of either party to enter into a paid engagement.
The findings, recommendations, and action plan provided during the audit are based on the information you share during the session and represent Contment's professional opinion. They are not guarantees of any particular outcome.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including LinkedIn and other external platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. Contment does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those websites.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Contment, its founder, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, any content on the Site, or any services obtained through the Site.
In no event shall Contment's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed the amount you have paid to Contment, if any, for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contment, its founder, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue.
13. Modifications to These Terms
Contment reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through a prominent notice on the Site.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written consulting agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Contment regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, and representations with respect to the Site.
